ALLERGENS

Delight Catering & Bakery is NOT an allergen free kitchen. We do not cater for severe allergies of any kind. Nuts and other allergens are used in the Delight Catering & Bakery kitchen; therefore we cannot guarantee our products are completely allergen free. We can provide bakes that are egg, dairy, gluten or nut free on request but our kitchen and equipment may contain traces of these allergens.

PAYMENTS

The full balance will be due no later than 2 days before the agreed delivery/pick-up date unless agreed otherwise. All bakes are handmade to order, therefore each quote will be unique and relate specifically to the individual customer. Once products have been collected or delivered they become the customer's responsibility. Delight Catering & Bakery will not be liable for any damage to the products thereafter. Quotes are subject to change if the customer makes any alterations to the order before and after confirmation.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable. If the customer wishes to cancel their order a full refund (excluding the deposit) will be given up to 3 days before the agreed delivery/collection date. Any cancellation made after this time will not receive a refund (refunds may be given at Delight Catering & Bakery discretion). Any mistakes made by the customer in the ordering process such as (but not limited to) date, colour, size are not grounds for cancellation or refund. If you need to change the date of delivery/collection after confirmation of an order, we will do our best to accommodate but it may not always be possible. If for any reason Delight Catering & Bakery has to cancel the order the customer will be entitled to a full refund. Delight Catering & Bakery cannot be held accountable for failure to deliver in extreme weather conditions including, but not limited to, snow and ice. If this situation does occur Delight Catering & Bakery will inform the customer and agree an alternate delivery date or cancellation.

DELIVERY/COLLECTION

All products are available to collect from Delight Catering & Bakery headquarters free of charge. Any orders made requesting delivery or postage is subject to a £3.95 fee. However, if your location is within 5 miles of IP4 postcode then you can use 5MFREE voucher to obtain free delivery for orders above £5. We recommend using Google Maps to estimate the distance between your location and our premises. Delight Catering & Bakery reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms at any times by posting the amended Terms.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Delight Catering & Bakery reserves the right to use photographs or videos of all orders on any and all social media pages. We will ensure any posts are made public at least 48 hours after delivery/collection. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your product the customer must let us know at the time of ordering.
