Will my food look exactly like the pictures on the
website?
No, sometimes we use stock images for illustration purpose.
Do you provide free delivery?
All products are available to collect from Delight Catering & Bakery headquarters free of charge. Any orders made requesting delivery or postage is subject to a £3.95 fee. However, if your location is within 5 miles of IP4 postcode then you can use 5MFREE voucher to obtain free delivery for orders above £5. We recommend using Google Maps to estimate the distance between your location and our premises
Do you cater for dietary requirements (nut, dairy,
gluten, vegan etc)?
We can cater for dietary requirements, just ask. However, our kitchen is not allergen free and so traces of these foods may be found in our products, therefore we do NOT cater for severe allergies.
How long will my pasties, Scotch eggs or bread stay
fresh?
Pasties and Scotch eggs will stay fresh for a few days in an airtight container. from the day of delivery/collection, however they are best fresh. Bread will stay fresh for a few more days depending on storage. All our products come with storage instruction.
How far in advance should I order?
It is best to give us as much notice as you can to avoid disappointment. However, orders made by 12:00 pm can be delivered next day.
Are we in any of the local Farmers’ Markets?
Not currently, however we are on the waiting list for Hadleigh, Ipswich, Kesgrave and other Suffolk Farmers’ Markets.

Do you supply to businesses (cafes, tearoom etc)?
Yes! We currently supply to several businesses in the local area but are always looking for new businesses to work with. If you know of any businesses that need delicious bakes and Scotch eggs please just let us know.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, orders over £50 and within 25 miles of IP4 get free
delivery. Contact us if you live outside of this area to discuss your order.
Do you have wholesale pricelist?
Yes, contact us and we will happily email you the wholesale pricelist.
Can my order be ready-to-bake or frozen?
All our wholesale deliveries are sealed in vacuum pack bags ready to be baked. We can also provide them frozen.
How far in advance should I order?
The earlier the better to avoid any disappointment;
however, we require a minimum of 2 working days.
